    I have been working at Danske Bank as an intern for less than a year


    The little experience I have with them is that they are very professional and efficient. The work-life balance for a model developer seems to be good.


    I think that they do proprietary trading, which I think is a bad thing as it destabilizes the bank. That's the only thing I can think of, as I have very little experience with them.

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Danske Bank in April 2011.

    Two intevirews, a lot of the process was about knowing the decision makers. Interviews were based on competancies which were disclosed in advance. The interviewers were looking for examples of what I had done in the past but never drilled into my knowledge of what I was speaking about
