I worked at Daptiv full-time for more than a year

Daptiv is a truly agile management company. The management team focuses on result. Pay attentions to contributor's effort. They also encourage learning new skills. One full day after each month release is dedicated for each tech employee to do their own development on any topic, and demo to the reset of the team is really a big plug.

The minus side is the issuance. It is pretty much a nightmare. Two insurances (Premier Blue Cross and Benmax) never works. You have to track down every health expense yourself is really a pain in an ass.

    Product Manager Interview

    Application Details

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Daptiv in January 2014.

    Interview Details

After meeting the hiring manager informally, we had a phone interview to cover the basic capabilities of the position. Once he was confident of my experience, I was scheduled to speak with three peers on the PM team. Each team member met with me separately and they didn't seem to be completely in sync with each other regarding the range of topics they covered. The questions were straightforward and were directed at either specific aspects of my past experience or my preferences for a given situation. We also discussed the existing organization and product quite a bit.
