DSA has great benefits: Good retirement plan options, tuition reimbursement, decent health plan benefits. They also do a great job of recognizing when good customer service is provided, and give monetary incentives to get employees to do a good job.

Expect to be over worked and under paid. Often times, the benefits balance out the under payment part of the position, but after a while it is not worth it. Customers often do not know what they want, and good luck if you're embedded.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take care of your employees that are embedded. They are often isolated and when problems arise, there is little help.
