I have been working at DataSphere Technologies full-time for more than 3 yearsPros
-Work life balance is great. Sounds like our PTO balances just increased too.:)
-I enjoy the relaxed environment where people actually like each other and work well together.
-The executive team is very approachable and involved with all employees. It's not some set of figureheads off in a corner somewhere. They get involved.
-Development opportunities exist -- if you are interested. You can take on new projects or assignments that increase your skills.Cons
Company moves really fast and sometimes our interdepartment communication can be impacted negatively. One department will find out too late when changes happen & we might have had valuable input. I do think that happens in most startup environment though.Advice to ManagementAdvice

Getting an Interview

I applied online. The process took 1 week - interviewed at DataSphere Technologies in July 2014.Interview Details
Called by HR for initial interview after submitting resume on website. Scheduled in person interview following week. Then the mock sales call. You pick and business and location and the manager has to pretend to be that business while you call and try to sell them. You have to build rapport (asking 2-3 questions about the business to get the "owner" talking", do a temp check to see if they are engaged, and ask for the business. After the mock call they rate you and HR calls back to offer you a position if you did even remotely well on the mock call. * They have a interview metric of "is this person nice?" that you don't know about. Need to have some fun and make the manager you interview with laugh during the 1:1. They are very serious about the fun atmosphere here.Interview Questions
