I have been working at Datamonitor full-time (more than 3 years)Pros
I have worked here for a number of years and have seen the business go through many ups and downs, like any company. The GOOD news is that Datamonitor (Informa) is investing significantly in its analysts, platforms and inteligence and is now finally moving forward at a rapid pace.
The company has been fully integrated into Informa Group (LSE: INF); which means the business has a brand new feel about it has access to significant worldwide resources.
The benefits and rewards that the company now offers is also so much better than a few years ago.
-Health & Dental, SPP, 401k, Gym Memberships, Vacation Days, Rebates on Language Courses, are all SO much better than previously and a lot better than 99% of other companies out there.Cons
There is a very clear organisation structure; and it does take time to get things signed off by senior management. Unfortunately, this is an issue in many companies post GFC with tigher rules and regulations.Advice to ManagementAdvice

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks – interviewed at Datamonitor.Interview Details
I applied via LinkedIn for the Healthcare-related Analyst role. The recruiter set up a phone interview and from there a formal interview was arranged. The salary listed on Glassdoor for this position says 65k, but they are offering 40 - 50k. I met with a director and senior analyst, both really nice and genuine people who seemed to enjoy their work and the company. They asked me specific questions like, " You said you like studying viruses, what kinds?" I was a little caught off guard but recovered. We got along fine. The part where I messed up was the written "exam." They want you to read a press release and then summarize it in your own words. I got nervous and ended up basically restating what the article said. I knew I blew and sure enough, they declined any further interviews. Overall a good experience.Interview Questions
