*Procedures and policies are in place but it does not look like anyone is following or even paying attention to it. Which causes lot of confusion and adds unnecessary complexity to even a simple task.
Advice to Management
TSMs and the clients seem to have a long communication gap. Often times clients are surprised that there is someone above their primary engineer and that the expect PE to be one stop guy for all the answers. TSMs needs to reach out to the clients more often and communicate with them in frequent basis. There were times when clients literally forgot that TSMs existed.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks – interviewed at Dataprise.
Very in depth interview process. I went through 5 people total. First the recruiter, then the head of HR, then a team lead of my position, Director of Tech Services and finally the VP of Tech Services. It's pretty straight forward with their questions. Obvious personality, career and tech questions so they can gauge how well they think you'll fit in the goal of their business plan. It is one of the nicest parts of the company, they are very open about what they want and what they offer.
