    Pros

Very exciting to be part of such a fast paced and growing environment. Great compensation and benefits. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Senior Management Knows what needs to be done to be successful and provides you the tools to do so. Executive Management listens to the employees.

    Cons

Fast paced, this is not a con; it is the nature of being in the Managed Services Industry.

    Cisco Network Engineer Interview

    Application Details

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Dataprise.

    Interview Details

Interview process is extremely long, drawn out, and unprofessional at times. There was 1 technical interview and 3 general/personality type interviews. I interviewed with the recruiter, the network manager twice and the Director of HR and I'm quite sure had I made it further there would have been another one. Needless to say the process was really frustrating as I was already working full-time and traveling with my job and always had to set aside time to skype with different people. It wouldn't have been so bad had the hiring manager not asked me the same questions regarding my skillset that we had already discussed on the first interview. It made me feel as if I was wasting my time. Not to mention, he stood me up on our first scheduled interview because of a client issue. That within itself was a huge turnoff. By the 3rd interview I had pretty much decided that this company wouldn't be a good fit, but I was still willing to see how the process played out. However, they seem to be a strong company with a lot of anticipated growth ahead. It just wasn't for me.
