    Pros

Dataprise is a company that is laser-focused on its people and the technologies they offer their customers. I have found my time at Dataprise to be some of the most rewarding of my career. I attribute this to the effort seen from day one. It began with an amazing experience with my recruiter and the HR team, to operations to the staff. The average employee has been here for years, and its easy to see why.

    Cons

I have yet to see many downsides. I think as with many growing companies, proper communication is a work in progress - but management is clearly working on it from what I see.

    Advice to Management

Continue to focus on professional development, your people and the culture you've created. This is by far the best culture I've had the pleasure to be a part of.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Dataprise (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2015.

    Interview

The interview process was straight forward and the people were nice to me. Interview was not what I expected. It seemed they gave me one thing on paper but the employer wanted different things. They were not on the same page. Didn't feel Dataprise cared about me after the interview. They never e-mailed or called back even after promising they would. It was deliberate on their part so I don't need to read the apologies and excuses for rude behavior. It's just to make themselves look good and engaged but for me it was just swinging in the wind.
