I have been working at Dataprise full-time (More than 3 years)
I've been with Dataprise for several years now and haven't looked back. I've had the pleasure of working with smart, talented people. I've learned a lot and been able to share my knowledge as well. One of my favorite things about Dataprise is the focus on feedback and coaching. People make mistakes. You learn from them and you move on. This attitude fosters an environment where we talk openly and positively about opportunities for improvement. The company culture is very much work hard, play hard. This is not a 9 to 5 job, but this is not a 9 to 5 industry. MSPs and IT consultancies put in whatever hours are necessary to keep our customers in business. If you are committed to your customers and to the company- in that order- you will succeed at Dataprise and enjoy all the benefits of a young, growing company.
As with any growing company, there is plenty of room for process improvement. I have observed huge strides in this area since I started. As long as we keep the momentum going, I'm happy.
Advice to Management
Continue working on employee engagement, especially for our field staff. Work hard to share your vision with the entire company to keep staff at all levels engaged and excited.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dataprise (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2015.
The interview process was straight forward and the people were nice to me. Interview was not what I expected. It seemed they gave me one thing on paper but the employer wanted different things. They were not on the same page. Didn't feel Dataprise cared about me after the interview. They never e-mailed or called back even after promising they would. It was deliberate on their part so I don't need to read the apologies and excuses for rude behavior. It's just to make themselves look good and engaged but for me it was just swinging in the wind.
