Datrose offers a complete training package. If you are hired you will go through over two months of paid training. You are paid what you would be paid normally (when working on the floor). This training makes all the difference and allows you to effectively do your job. I have worked for Datrose as a call center technician (what mostly everyone is hired for) for months. This atmosphere is very comfortable; management is relaxed but fair and reliable. You can count on managers to keep structure and organization at all times.
The dress code is also extremely lax; they don't even care if you wear jeans and a T-shirt.
They offer a 20% verizon discount.
The dental insurance is great and cheap.
Co-workers on the floor are all very helpful.
This job is not contract, so there is no end date.
They offer overtime every week. It is voluntary.
If you get good at your job, they will allow you work from home.
30 minute lunches when you not in training, 1 hour lunches during training.
The benefits aren't all that great - the health insurance is almost one full paycheck (you get paid weekly) per month, for just myself. You don't get paid time off until you have worked there for one year. There is a 98% attendance policy; and it is strictly kept. Be on-time and show up everyday and you will be fine.
New employees are not offered both weekend days off. You must choose a weekday and a weekend day to have off - They will accommodate you as much as possible though.
I heard they don't offer raises. I would fight for $16 an hour to start off, because you probably won't get a raise. They will offer you $14 as of this post.
You don't get paid for lunches breaks, but you do get two 15 minute paid breaks during an 8 hour shift.
Advice to Management
The leadership at Datrose is the best management I have ever seen. They are laid back but structured. They are reliable and follow-through with what they say they will follow through on. All very good people, I have a lot of respect for them.

Flat offer of $15. Tried to negotiate higher but was told $15 is their max.
