Thrust uncontrollably into extraordinary circumstances that can rob them of the joys, innocence and simplicity of childhood. In the lives of these courageous children, normalcy takes a very different form; many times lacking smiles, laughter, joy and hope. Give Kids The World (GKTW) changes all that. Though not a cure for their medical condition, the extraordinary work performed at The GKTW Village does the impossible. It allows these children to escape the harsh reality of their world. To visit Orlando and stay in a whimsical, 70-acre storybook resort with their family. To visit Disney World, Universal Studios and SeaWorld. To laugh out loud with newfound friends. Even to eat ice cream for breakfast. To simply experience the world, as they should—as a child. And when they return home, they take with them one of the most powerful forces on the planet – hope!

    I was with DHR for approximately 4 years and it will be an experience I will never forget and one of which I will always be deeply grateful. It was a true privilege and honor to work for this company/family; however, it will only be such to those who hold themselves highly accountable for the success of not only themselves but more importantly for the company. The support from corporate is outstanding and ultimately, you reap what you sow. Don't only work hard, Work Smart; come to work prepared and ready, not only to do your own job but also to learn the next job. There are no "favorites" and "inside clicks" as some may say, the company operates the same as any other successful organizations out in the world, they reward those individuals who come to work and contribute to the success of a company which has given you the opportunity to A. have a job and B. understand that your contributions also pay for the lively hood of those associates and employees around you. This is a great company to join and to work for and if you are willing to push the limits and happily accept the challenges to exceed expectations, it will be an experience to catalyze you to next level.


    There are always some cons with any organization but none that affected me in a negative manner.

    Advice to Management

    I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Davidson Hotels & Resorts (Whippany, NJ) in October 2014.


    Interview went well for the most part. Interviewer was pleasant,courteous and explain the job very well. I also met two other people from accounting they also asked me more about Night Auditing.

    • They asked me about the current system for the Night Audit they are using. That threw me off.   Answer Question

    January 22nd, 2015 Today we assumed management of the 499-room Indianapolis Hyatt Regency. The property is strategically connected to the Indianapolis Convention Center, Lucas Oil Stadium and the Circle Center Mall. It features over 35,000 square feet of meeting space, 2 restaurants (The Eagle’s Nest and One South), Level One Lounge, a Starbuck’s, an indoor pool and fitness center. The 22-story property shares an atrium with the adjacent PNC office tower, as well as retail outlets serving the complex.
