    Fantastic company with wonderful people.

I have been working at Davis Polk

    Pros

The people here so really great and push one another to be the best. The departments are, for the most part, close and are friends outside of work.

    Cons

Late nights are not uncommon, especially during the firm's recruiting season. As in, still at your desk at 11 or later. But they offer car service to anyone still working past 8:30 which is a pretty sweet deal.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I don't have any advice to give. The company is lovely.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Davis Polk in January 2012.

    Interview Details

Three hour interview process with very lengthy testing.

    Interview Questions
    • The testing process was very unusual and difficult. The recruiter told me that very few people passed. However, the interview itself was really easy.   Answer Question
