    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Deaconess Hospital (Oklahoma City, OK).

A telephone interview occurs first to weed out candidates. This consisted of typical behavioral questions to gauge your personality and a few questions were asked about experience. After that, formal interviews are scheduled back to back with Sr. Managers and/or Director and a panel interview with 4-6 clinic managers. Took an hour for both interviews.
