I have been working at Dell full-time (More than 10 years)

Dell is aware of its weaknesses and is willing to put money behind ideas to improve. Fellow employees are committed to owning issues and resolving them. Customers come first and every effort is put into training employees to exhibit these qualities and rewarding them when they do.

While the people are Dell's strength, the processes are its weaknesses. The desire to find a better way leads to constant change and re-organization. This can be difficult for employees to navigate.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Dell.

This was a typical interview process. After a requirer called me I had a few phone interviews (3) and then 1 in person. This was about a 3 month process to complete, there were time when I thought Dell had moved on but I didn't give up!
