    Pros

    Flexible work opportunities! I love being able to work remote which helps me balance my work life overall. Leadership very supportive of this.

    Cons

    Scope of work can be larger than someone might be used to in a previous job. You are the one in control to build your career so it’s important to learn to maneuver through the company for exposure.

    Ad Hoc. The company I interviewed with had just been acquired by Dell. There was a discrepancy between their hiring practices versus Dell.
    This will probably not be applicable to Dell today.
