I worked at Deltek (Less than a year)
I was able to work a schedule that allowed me to a great work/life balance. I was available during regular business hours and I could work on project scheduling during off hours. The benefits were great, the pay was decent.
Because the company reviewed its financial standing every 3 months, you did not know if you would be a part of a rduction in workforce this time or next time.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Deltek (Herndon, VA).
First a call with HR, then a call with Manager, then long 2 hour interview, followed by few more phone interviews. Its pretty standard. The 2 hour interview you go in person and get to meet the team you would work with.
