I worked at Denver Newspaper Agency

    Pros

Ability to move up in the company if you work hard and deliver results. Have a high level of autonomy.

    Cons

General industry issues. Majority of the staff unionized and appeared to have a sense of entitlement. Training was minimal at best.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to focus on digital assets and eliminate the union. Focus on strict performance management, training and development of employees.

    No opinion of CEO
