I worked at Desert Springs Hospital full-time (More than 5 years)

Friendly CEO (Sam) who knows everyones name and staff who care about patients. There are some really great managers there as well. Great payscale.

Seasonal patients so it is busy in winter and not so busy in summer. Have to use PTO to cover shifts missed when there are not a lot of patients to treat. This is common at all hospitals in Vegas though.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work of engaging your employees and making it fun to come to work. Keep hiring the right people for the positions available.
