    Pros

Great job with little responsibilities. Good pay and benefits.

    Cons

Hard laborious work day in and day out. Management constantly trying to get more and more work out of you.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to leave hourly workforce alone as much as possible and let them do their job. Any problems or issues will come out of the work force experience. They also need to listen to the workforce and learn from the workforce as much as possible. Things will get resolved much simpler and cost effective that way.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Detroit Diesel in November 2013.

    Interview

The interview process was very well organized. They maintained good timings. There were some basic excel questions, some behavior based questions and a couple of technical questions. Overall it was a good interview.

    Interview Questions

    • nothing was like too difficult question, but for me explaining a failure project was not easy as there is nothing which really can be counted as a failure project in my experience.   Answer Question
