Solid global company which helps during economic downturns. Good advancement opportunities, fair pay and benefits. The product is first class and the brand has a long term great reputation.

The area where it is located is not in the best part of town. There is some in fighting between departments. Main headquarter is in Portland or in Germany, this can be a negative at times.

    Advice to Management

Keep investing in your best resource which is your people. Keep working on a first class quality product and organization.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Detroit Diesel in November 2013.

The interview process was very well organized. They maintained good timings. There were some basic excel questions, some behavior based questions and a couple of technical questions. Overall it was a good interview.

    Interview Questions

    • nothing was like too difficult question, but for me explaining a failure project was not easy as there is nothing which really can be counted as a failure project in my experience.   Answer Question
