    Pros

The teams were hardworking and friendly

    Cons

Process can sometimes be lost and/or chaotic, but this is the nature of a fast paced digital agency.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Create a clear structure or path to help junior/mid-employees a way up. Train them if you have to, because sometimes hiring or stacking people over them can be discouraging.
