    Pros

Great office environment with a few good principals to work with that show no hierarchy in team and give you an opportunity to grow. Overall friendly and peaceful culture at work.

    Cons

Baltimore is an unsafe place to live. Some imbalance in terms of foreseeing the inflow of projects vs hiring employees. If the projects do not go as planned, sudden decisions are taken to let go employees. Job security at this place is a tricky one.

    Application Details

I applied online – interviewed at Development Design Group in February 2014.

    Interview Details

Send out my application online, then got invited to an interview. The interviewer arrived 15 min late. The office did not seem very exciting. After the interview I wrote a thank you note but never heard from the person who interviewed me.

    Interview Questions
    • The interviewer was very dry and emotionless, was difficult to talk about things that excite me and then see a blank face in response.   Answer Question
