It's a company that treats its people well, but the business model is at severe risk.

Work-life balance is priority 1, newer employees show promise and seem ready for change, salaries are competitive.

Long tenured employees are simply going through the motions, innovation is stunted by committee style decision making, empowerment is low for productive employees, a culture of "everyone has a voice" leads to slow and inefficient decision making and processes.

    Advice to Management

Bring true empowerment and accountability to the culture, don't be afraid to take drastic measures to adapt the company, culture, and product portfolio to one that better fits the market.

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Development Dimensions International.

My experience interviewing with DDI was a very comprehensive and fair interview process involving technical and behavioral components. The material was very relevant to my background and the job at hand. The two interviewers were very kind and professional, and the recruiter was very prompt and helpful. It is clear that they practice what they preach at DDI.
