I have been working at Dew Software full-time (More than a year)RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEORecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEO
DEW SOFTWARE is a very decent company with good projects with congenial staff. All are very co-operative and always go extra mile to help us. It's like a family. You can talk and meet president after hours, week end etc. Provide lots of training to advance your career growth. There is a campaign by the ex-employee from office asking us to write bad review about the company. They are threatening also so some people may fall prey to them and may write bad reviews. But, you should keep focus to take care of employees with better technology/projects.
Should hire only reliable people in the office as some people who left has done lots of damage to the company.
Advice to Management
Keep same principle and practice.

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day – interviewed at Dew Software (Fremont, CA) in September 2013.
This is a bodyshop. They provide training to freshers and resell the candidates as someone with 5/6 years of experience. They tried that trick with me but I didn't take the bait.
- Why should I pay you salary? Yes, that will be the most unexpected question. Right after I joined the training, a friend who recommended me (working at a big s/w company, I cannot disclose because he is under the threat from this company) was not paid his routine salary - it was promised he will be paid a bonus. But the bonus was 3,000 first year and last year he didn't get paid. He went and asked the owner, the owner's question was "why should I pay you? You are doing a crappy job there". My friend asked me to leave if possible. I did! 2 Answers
