    Pros

    The training is decent as with any training it could always be better. The support from leadership is always great. I overall really enjoy working here.

    Cons

    We are understaffed in every department, HR, Recruiting, IT administration EVERY department is understaffed.

    We have to increase the support staff.

    I applied online. The process took a dayinterviewed at Dialog Direct in June 2014.

    Interview Details

    I actually had an interview however I know 20 people who was just told to come in and feel out paper work. They were hired without question, just show proof that they were a licensed agent and was hired. This place hired anyone, so if you're in need of a job apply do not expect much. Positions range from $10-15 an hour for customer service, agent and non-licensed QAs and $15.50-18.00 for Licensed QAs and Coaches.
