    Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Digital Chocolate (San Mateo, CA) in December 2011.

    Interview

On the phone with internal HR. Then in person with hiring manager. Second interview was with key people I would be working with. The questions were fair but insightful. Allowed several of my questions to be answered.

    Negotiation

    Pretty straight forward
