I worked at Digital Domain full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great projects to work on. The people were great to be with and are very talented. I also loved the Venice location.

    Cons

The communication on the shows were lacking especially between the studios. The pipeline is always being worked on, which is very old and needs an update.

    Advice to Management

Find out the strengths of the artists, the challenges they are looking for, and how they can jump into those challenges, even if they are not in the department.

    Interview

They were very flexible in scheduling a time for me to come in and willing to accommode my schedule. They were very welcoming and friendly, and like one review said, very straight forward.
