I worked at Digital Media Academy

    Pros

The staff was enthusiastic and cared about the students. The upper management was very accommodating and helpful.

    Cons

It was a little bit disorganized when I first start working there, but it definitely got better over time. Also, finding food was tough sometimes. Not a big deal, though.

    Advice to Management

Keep on keepin on! You guys are doing a great job, and I think the students are getting a lot out of the programs.

    Application

I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at Digital Media Academy in April 2014.

    Interview

Filled out the application. The application contained questions to see how the prospective employee would be a good fit. This included certain situations that could arise at camp. An email was sent a couple of days after the application to schedule a skype interview. After the skype interview, if you are offered a position, a contract could be sent in the next week.
