I worked at Diksha Technologies full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    1. Travel intensive - if you want it like that. I could travel 4 continents with them and loved it.
    2. Managers are very accommodating in terms of assignments and keep your preferences in mind, but when its impossible, obviously they don't have an option. Its the same in TCS & Infosys (my previous employers).
    3. High visibility to management and hard workers or smart workers are always rewarded.

    Cons

Every company has both Pros and Cons. important is, if pros are in significantly higher percentage or not. Here the pros are very high and Cons are very few. So I would not count them.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 daysinterviewed at Diksha Technologies in January 2014.

    Interview Details

Got referred by a friend who currently works as a software engineer, was called for the first round of technical interview to the office on Millers road, Bangalore where the Interview was a pretty difficult one to crack, two days later was called for another technical round which went on for close to 45 minutes where I was grilled on many technical aspects ... then the HR interview took place for salary negotiations, and finally was rolled out the offer letter after a couple of days.
