I have been working at Dillon Companies full-time

    Pros

There is always a need for assistant managers. You can become one from the inside of the company or outside. Just have the right qualifications. Great bonus plans with stock options.

    Cons

Moving to a store manager position is a little difficult with only a few stores. And many of them stay in that position for a long time.
