    Pros

Strives to promote a great culture, promotes from within, plenty of opportunity for advancement, good values.

    Cons

Training is inadequate for most positions. The joke was "Give them the old Dillon's sink or swim." However, this allowed quick learners and natural leaders to really differentiate themselves from others. Compensation is relatively low for hourly, and some salary positions.

He said that after they checked my back ground that they would get back with me. He didn't see in problems since I was working with there other company at the time, Kwik Shop.
