I have been working at Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy full-time (more than 5 years)

Lots of opportunities to move around and up in company. Incentives, frequent company festivities for fun environment, reimbursement for CPhT, I have moved up and around company and I am not related to anyone in "higher up" positions. Good training for new hires. Flexible scheduling. Secure building, lunch vendors, free workout facility/classes.

Metrics for most positions. Not a good structure when it comes to compensation: People starting out sometimes are making close to those that have been there for a few years. Pay not very comparable to others in the same field.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Come up with a labor grade for pay so those that have experience, personality, and degrees are being rewarded with pay over those that don't. Try harder to keep the workers that have shown themselves as solid, knowledgeable, and hard workers. It would be nice if some of the "decision makers" periodically sat and did/observed the jobs to see if their expectation is realistic.

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy.

    Interview Details

Interviewed twice, each time with VP and HR recruiter. Both interviews were focused on process rather than actual skill set. When I asked specific questions about what they wanted in a candidate, both VP and recruiter were unable to give direct answers, opting for more generalized responses. Both interviews were finalized in 30 minutes or less and I was unable to get all my questions answered. I was rushed out.
