I have been working at Diplomatic Language Services

    - Great coworkers and office culture
    - Cultural parties and events
    - Opportunity to become involved in a lot of different projects
    - Best for someone starting out to gain a lot of experience

    - Sometimes disorganized management (I think they're trying to improve)
    - Poor communication between departments (also getting better)
    - Salaries sometimes lower than expected
    - Lack of appreciation and acknowledgement from upper management

I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at Diplomatic Language Services.

    Interview Details

After speaking with someone on the phone from HR about my skills and experience, I was invited to attend a face-to-face interview. The interview consisted of four different people coming in to the room, one-by-one, to ask 3-4 questions. It was a pretty standard interview and lasted about 45 minutes. The questions ranged from "How would you handle this?" to "What do you enjoy doing?" and "Why are you interested?".
