Great team environment. Nice perks such as discounts at the stores and parks. 401k, health and dental benefits. Also flex spending accounts.
As with many companies these days, there is the budget tightening that lessens some perks and benefits than previous years . Still better than most other companies offer.
Advice to Management
Management is sufficient - nothing to complain about really. It is what you make of it. Others may feel differently- not sure.

I applied online. The process took 2+ months – interviewed at Disney ABC Television (Glendale, CA).
Phone screening with a recruiter which asks about your interest in the position and company, relevant skills, and why you would be a good fit for the position. Following from 2-6 weeks comes another interview which is usually more technical. The 2nd interview goes more in depth with the skills related to the position, your personal projects, and anything else on your resume. I received a phone call the day after so they should be back quick.
