    I worked at Disney Channel

I wrote the screenplay, "Revenge of the Bridesmaids" which aired on ABC Family and was nominated for a People's Choice Award. It was exciting to see my screenplay on TV.

As always, when dealing with producers and network heads, there are changes and revisions required for the screenplay. Some of their notes went down easy, and some were harder to swallow.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

As a rule, writers are not as well respected in the entertainment industry. It is the job of producers and network executives to give notes and request changes, but some individuals tend to be more diplomatic than others. Advice to management is that a little positive reinforcement goes a long way in creating a more efficient work environment.
