I have been working at Dixon Valve

Well established company with a lot of success. Plenty of room for growth, but you have to prove yourself first.

Pay is not great. Very old school company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay your employees more if you want to attract and retain good talent. Get with the times and don't be stuck in the past.

    Positive Outlook
