    Excellent pay and benefits package.


    Micromanagement. Policies vary between departments which results in an unfair work environment for employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Management should put more qualified individuals in Supervisory/Technical positions. Invest in making employees more satisfied/comfortable. Studies show a happy employee is a productive employee.
