World Resource Center - Ann Arbor, Michigan

Our 200,000 square foot modern World Resource Center includes 27 conference and meeting rooms, an updated test kitchen, gift shop, open workspaces, and a beautiful collaborative space with free milk, coffee, and a Coke Freestyle Machine. The centerpiece is the spacious Welcome Center, which surrounds a four-story glass staircase and a Domino's pizza store at the base. The office is minutes from downtown Ann Arbor, and less than 30 minutes from Detroit's Metropolitan Airport. Domino's is located in a scenic rural setting in a building known as the Prairie House at Domino's Farms Office Park, and whose external architecture was inspired by the works of architect Frank Lloyd Wright. Located in suburban Ann Arbor, this landmark facility offers a unique and architecturally significant building, surrounded by pastures, cultivated farmland and wildlife habitat.

The Supply Chain Centers are responsible for dough production, warehouse and store delivery. Numerous training programs are provided to help our team acquire the skills necessary to be proficient.     Pros

    the base pay per hour is 7.75 + tip per delivery is GREAT! lots and lots of freedom to how you are being worked.

    Cons

    sometimes it doesn't get busy to get lots of tip. sometimes have to deliver far places to get little tip. most people don't tip us at all.

    Management should always tell us about our customer review just because it makes us feel better to deliver to everyone.

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Domino's.

    Quick tour of office with HR rep. followed by a more HR focused interview. Just to make sure the company as a whole was good fit. Then interviewed by the Help Desk manager. Asked fairly standard questions about background and experience. Some behavioral questions about different help desk situations and how I would handle them. Then spoke with another manager, more just getting to know you type stuff.
