    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Dooney & Bourke (More than a year)

    Pros

-Great store to work with -Amazing discount -Nice management

    Cons

-No commision -Short breaks -Sometimes slow. No a lot of people come into the store -Some favoritism - A lot of gossip -I ended up getting less hours out of nowhere

    Advice to Management

Make sure everyone is treated fairly. Sometimes people that have been there longer, or if they like someone more they are more understanding with them. Stop with the gossip, it's unprofessional to talk bad about employees to other employees.

    Interview

The interview was very relaxed. Nothing stressful The manager is very friendly and a great person so she doesn't seem intimidating or anythings. Just asked basic questions and I started working a few days later
