I applied through other source. The process took 5 days - interviewed at Dorado in March 2011.Interview Details
qa manager/director called me about qa lead job.
he started telling me about a co. and recent merger as well as how big their qa team is, that has huge offshore team in india. i did not expect the call while i was driving home it seems like he wanted to interview me right on the spot. we agreed to chat later. he also emailed a question that he wanted me to answer since he liked problem solving skill type of person. on the date and time when we agreed to talk
he called late and when i called back he was gone. after emailing back and forth with answer to his question. he disappeared, after i checked back with him in a few days for an update telling him if he is interested in talking to me in person and informing him of my offer he advised me to take an offer and still insisted to get deeper to the answer to his problem solving question.
its obvious to me that qa director/manager is very arrogant and control freak that i would never
mesh working with.
the interview process was handled totally unprofessional.
there were no job expectation nor description was ever shared with me.
also, its very apparent this company has not established processed how to interview/hire new candidates.Interview Questions
