    Pros

Nice co-workers, mainly older females in office. It's a dead-end job, so if you need something to pay this rent and bills this is ok, but if your trying to make a career and support a family, this company is not for you, inless you make it in as an executive.

    Cons

    This position was dead-end one.

    Advice to Management

    Implement a career path.

    Interview

Got the interview through a staffing agency, it was a 2:1, I guess they liked me so they called in a VP to ask acouple more questions.
