    Pros

You have opportunities to expand professionally and there are plenty of promotion opportunities.
There is a nice gym and wellness programs.
Employees get a good discount on doTERRA products.
The culture of the company encourages wellness, professional development and personal development

    Cons

    The pay is very low
    Promotions get small pay increase
There are hundred of employees that you have to compete with for promotions
Departments don't always communicate very well with each-other which has created issues and stress

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you want to have a lower attrition rate, then pay employees what other companies in the same industry are paying them, which is more.

    Senior Call Center Manager Interview

    Application Details

I applied through an employee referral – interviewed at Doterra in November 2014.

    Interview Details

Interviewer was 'dry' and not very personable, which was surprising for a Customer Service person in a high position. A lot of talking was done and not many questions asked to get to know you as a potential employee. Questions were the regular canned questions. It felt that you were in a lecture more than an interview
