The salary and benefits is very good. The culture and work environment is inclusive for all individuals. This company can be summed up in one word progressive.

Some automated equipment operation training and safety procedures need to be improved.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There was a need for more communication on long term strategies for Research and Development.

    Interview Details

Applied online through a college recruiting website. A few days later I got a call to schedule an interview. They were all behavioural questions, nothing too hard, just be honest. The interviewers were very nice and calm about the process. About a week later got a call with an offer.
