Salaries are top notch and technology is at the company's core. Leadership is very hands on, CTO and VP of dev code daily, everyone is passionate about what they do. The company cares about their people, drives us hard, but gives great perks that make it all worth while.
The interview process is very technical, they grill you to make sure you are really an expert in your domain. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, Impromise you won't work with people that can't code. Also, the culture is very start-uppy, which is interesting for a 15 year company.

I applied online. The process took 5 days – interviewed at DrFirst (Rockville, MD).
Recruiter screening, IQ test, Manager phone screening and face to face. The questions were good and intelligent but I found the attitude of everyone involved very impolite and unwelcoming. I am glad I attended the interview to brush up my skills and better myself and being out of job hunting for 11 years. Their questions are good - problem solving, small coding exercises and gave me good preps on my interviews after that. I did not expect an offer since I was rusty and I am glad I did not join based on the reviews and their attitude. Very impolite and scrutinizing and probbably the interview where the rectuiter sits with you during the interview, almost to the point of being rude. If you have no other offer, you could try here or test your skills by attending an interview. Nothing more
