Great projects, people have lots of experience and are willing to help you learn all the daily tasks on a construction site

There aren't really any cons. It's an international company with many projects worldwide. You have the opportunity of working on projects you want.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Dragados (Seattle, WA) in June 2015.

This was one of the worst interviews I have ever had to get through, I'm glad I got the experience of how to muddle through a horrid interview but it was so bad, it was painful. Awkward HR manager really turned me off and made me decide I didn't want the job even before I met the person I was being considered to support. Not able to figure out how to validate parking, really unprofessional interview process, in the end not a desirable place to work in my opinion.
