    Pros

    Beautiful home office, promotes work life balance. Dress barn has their own classes and seminars that help in professional developement. Hr team is wonderful. They cater to their employees .

    Cons

    Cant think of any cons. Far drive if you are nyc based. BUT a shuttle is provided.

    Town hall. Genius. It really makes the company feel like one big team.
