Helpful boss, who encouraged his employees to learn more and be proactive in their job. Easily able to schedule work hours around classes.

I didn't experience any cons working in my small department. I cannot speak as to working outside the Film offices.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at Drexel University (Philadelphia, PA) in July 2015.

Was contacted via email to set up a phone interview. Following the phone interview, I had two additional in-person interviews. The in-person interviews took place within the same week and I was offered the job the following week. All communications were done via email, except for the job offer, and I was given a very explicit timeline during the entire process. Overall great experience.
