I have been working at Droga5 full-time (more than a year)

Amazing work, arguably some of the best work in the industry. The people are great as well, but if you make an effort to get to know them.

They don't promote internally, every department is extremely understaffed. Be prepared to work 10-12 hour days and get paid very little for your work. Limited space, to the point that they are putting people in closets (literally).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire more people, pay a decent wage, expand the space.
