I worked at DuPont PioneerPros
Pioneer has a long-standing reputation of being an “employer of choice” in Des Moines, offering competitive compensation, good benefits, excellent career advancement opportunities and an outstanding corporate culture exemplified by “The Long Look”. There is a real sense of community at Pioneer; employees are proud of their company, support their team and are willing to put in extraordinary effort to do the best job possible.Cons
A downturn in the seed business has resulted in numerous layoffs tarnishing Pioneer’s reputation for employment stability. A bigger concern is DuPont’s growing influence over Pioneer and the negative impact this has on Pioneer’s culture, growth efficiency and autonomy.Advice to ManagementAdvice
