    I have been working at Dycom full-time


    Working with cool technology.
    Pretty fun place to work - pot lucks, world cup watching, etc.
    Good IT management - they actually understand technology.


    Pay is average to below average.
    Lack of planning at subs creates emergencies for IT.
    Need to learn things on your own - need more training.

    I applied in-person – interviewed at Dycom in May 2014.

    Interview Details

    First call is a behavioral interview. Following interviews will be technical related questions. Woman who interviews for the behavioral question is in the HR area so don't expect any very techie questions about your resume. Be ready to be up beat and discuss what you put on your resume. Was really laid back!
