I worked at Dynamics Research full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

I've had the privilege of working with the most professional, smart and caring people. Management was highly supportive and encouraged innovation.

    Cons

There seemed to be not enough funding for employee and professional development. Most of the professional development was done on own time.
