I have been working at Dyntek full-time (More than 5 years)
If you are committed to excellence and working as part of a team, DynTek is fantastic. The company has many opportunities for growth, and continues to deliver impressive financial results year after year. New team members are welcomed in with open arms and are given a chance to prove themselves. Once you are successful in your role, you are part of the family.
Like any company, there are challenges to overcome. The industry is changing rapidly, and some people want to hang on to the glory of the past. Also the service delivery team went through significant changes and is just now getting its legs back under it after a year on its back.
Advice to Management
Now that you have gotten rid of many of the "old guard" DynTek middle managers that didn't actually sell or deliver anything on their own, and have put some great people with actual field experience in these roles, don't stray from the course. The company is absolutely on the right track, and the numbers prove it. Don't let disgruntled former employees, who didn't want to change, and who just want to spew venom on Glassdoor change your direction. A lot of the chronic complainers and people that dragged down everyone's morale and good spirits have now left, and that's a good thing. It's not a surprise that they continue to complain through their bad reviews or take pot shots on their way out the door. Every day here is getting better, and the recent changes made by the company are great. The future is brighter than ever for this company. Nice work Ron & Team!
