Flexible work environment, great team of extremely talented technical and sales professionals. Pay is very competitive and the camaraderie is high. The company understands the fact that people need a work/life balance, and the solid contributors get rewarded with significant flexibility to strike a nice balance. A very sincere and thoughtful CEO who is willing to listen and talk to every person in the company regardless of their position.
The back office systems, operations and policies are not the best. Most of them are very nice people, but the leadership is weak. Also they regularly hide behind "rules and regulations" (some that are not even applicable) that they selectively use to justify annoying processes that they want to implement. The operations teams don't seem to understand enough about running a technology or services businesses.
Advice to Management
Upgrade internal systems to bring them into the current decade. Get more of the right people in the right jobs. Many recent changes at the company have been good, some negative and difficult people that were in technical management have left, opening the door for new ideas, which were desperately needed.
