    I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at E.ON.

    Interview Details

    Filled out application and was asked to complete online tests, received an email the next morning to say that I hadn't met the benchmark. I didn't feel at the time they had gone any worse than others which I had passed so possibly the benchmark was higher compared to other grad schemes I had applied too.
