    I have been working at E.ON full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Very encouraging towards people who want to move up within the company. Great company benefit system in My Choice, and a GOOD pension scheme

    I applied online. The process took 1+ week - interviewed at E.ON in November 2013.

    Interview Details

    I completed the online application form and got through to the online tests part. I did the online tests, which are like any other - personality test, patterns test, comprehension type test. I got through the tests and onto the next part. I got through to the Telephone Interview, I thought I did very well but I did not get it.
