    I have been working at E. & J. Gallo full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

A case of wine towards the end of the year, every year. Softball tournament every year within the company. Yearly team outing activity. Breath taking walking path around the admin building.

    Cons

Management care too much about their bonuses and checking off a check box taking on more projects then head count can account for.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to direct underlings about certain individuals not competent enough to perform job duty and yet still gets promotion and get's praised for doing research for a project.

The interview process was in two parts - an on campus interview, followed by a 2 day event that consisted of a tour and 4 rounds of back to back interviews and case study presentation. It was strenuous and exhausting, but an excellent experience
