Great People,I have worked with the owner/co owner/Service Manager as a technician and comfort consultant at their former company as well as EAC at different points in my career and have known them all for over 15 years! These are wonderful people who care about their employees. Pat Sr. Patrick Jr.Duane and Martin are Honest,hard working and truly care about their customers and making sure they are happy. They pay you fairly and recognize a job well done! They also do all they can to give you the tools you need to be sucessful in an industry with a very large amount of competition.
As a growing company there are growing pains which are normal.Communication as with any company could be improved. Also there could be more of a sense of urgency when a system replacement sale is made as far as getting the job all lined up but due to the fact you are left alone to do your job and are not micro managed I feel this falls more to the feet of other employees andnot the ownership. Waiting until the customer pays in full is difficult esspecially when its slow but this is typical in this business
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work and manageme t style. If I wasnt forced to retire due to disabilities I would still be there!
