    Pros

I joined a subsidiary (EDF Fenice) during a significant turnaround and it has been an exciting experience. Job was challenging but colleagues nice and supportive

    Cons

When I left things were again chancing and not for good. Inspiring CEO left and some other leaders and company went through a restructuring process

    Advice to Management

Keep going with good practices, don't step back to grey past

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ monthsinterviewed at EDF (Crawley, West Sussex, South East England, England (UK)).

    Interview

After completing the application form you are invited for a numerical test. Once you pass that you have to take an induction test. Then you have a telephone interview. And finally the assessment centre. The AC consisted of 3 group exercises and retesting.
I had a few people dominating the group exercises and I felt I had to speak up to be heard. Towards the end we were told we needed to behave more like a group.
